In exchange for the consideration provided by the you, the companies may provide the following services:
Business Opportunities
The Company will provide the Influencer with business opportunities to promote and endorse the Company's products to the target audience.
Advertising Opportunities
The Company will provide the Influencer with different advertising opportunities across various channels. Influencers in the Company's network can recommend each other, and the Company's official website can also promote these influencers.
Exclusive Events
The Company will provide the Influencer with opportunities to attend exclusive events that are suitable for influencers and marketing. These events may include product launches, industry conferences and exhibitions, VIP parties, and collaborative content creation events.
Skill Sharing
The Company will share skills , latest tools or provide the Influencer the opportunity to take part in periodic training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge if see fit.
Other Services
The Company may offer other services to the Influencer at its discretion. The Influencer acknowledges that the Company is not obligated to provide all of the services listed above but may provide some or all of them at its discretion.
In Exchange of :
Limited Usage of Media and Content from your social media
The Company agrees to notify the Influencer when using their photos or others’ personal information to promote the Company's Websites and Others Social Media. We will Notify you every single time!
Full respect
" The Company will fully respect the Influencer's willingness to participate in any business opportunity or promotional campaign. The Influencer has the right to decide whether to accept an advertising opportunity and how much compensation they will receive for such promotion. "

Other terms that we make sure are fair

Term.
This Agreement shall have an initial term of one year and shall automatically renew for additional one-year terms thereafter unless either party provides thirty days prior written notice of its intention of nonrenewal.

Separate Contract.
Any future business opportunity involving compensation or payment must sign a separate contract.

Non-Solicitation.
The Influencer agrees not to solicit any of the Company’s employees, contractors, or clients during this Agreement’s term and for one year thereafter. The Company agrees not to solicit the Influencer’s services for a period of one year after the termination of this Agreement.

Third-Party Offers.
The Influencer agrees to disclose to the Company any business offers and business information from third-party companies that are related to the Company's products or services during the term of this Agreement. The Influencer may accept business offers as long as they are not from existing clients of the Company.

Confidentiality. The Influencer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any and all confidential information, including but not limited to trade secrets, proprietary information, and business plans of the Company, and shall not disclose such information to any third party.

Liability. The Influencer acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the content they post on their social media accounts or any other platform in connection with their services under this Agreement. The Influencer shall be liable for any damage or harm caused by their posts or actions, including but not limited to any infringement of third-party rights, violation of applicable laws, or breach of this Agreement. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the Influencer's acts or omissions under this Agreement. The Influencer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their breach of this Agreement or any violation of applicable laws.

Termination. This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Influencer shall immediately cease all activities on behalf of the Company.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any legal action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of the United Kingdom.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Amendment. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
